There are two options when you book your two bedroom apartment.
Partial ocean view apartments are located on Levels 1 to 3, or you can upgrade to a higher floor with full ocean views to one of our two bedroom ocean view apartments.

$400 deposit is due at the time of booking during mid and peak seasons.
Final payment is due on arrival.

- If cancelled outside >14 days – refund of deposit less $50 admin fee
- If cancelled inside <14 days – no refund of deposit
PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY (Easter, Ironman, September School Holidays, Christmas Holidays)
- If cancelled outside >28 days – refund of deposit less $50 admin fee
- If cancelled inside <28 days – no refund of deposit
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY bookings (made within 14 days prior to arrival)
- If cancelled prior to arrival no refund of deposit
NO SHOW POLICY
- Loss of your deposit
- Valid Credit Card to be provided at time of booking.
- a $50 fee will be charged to replace any lost keys
