The Old Woman Ocean Paddle is an event that’s open to Ski’s, SUP’s, OC1 and Prone paddlers. The course starts and finishes at Mooloolaba Spit, with a turnaround point at the events namesake ‘Old Woman’ (Mudjimba) island. The total distance covered is around 18km

If an 18km stint isn’t quite for you, then there’s also ‘The Little Woman’ course, which covers a more leisurely 5km distance within the confines of Mooloolaba Bay. Paddlers opting for this distance will do 2 laps of the bay.

Entries are open now for both events. The minimum age of participation for The Old Woman is 16 years of age, and the minimum age for The Little Woman is 13 years of age.
