A pleasant surprise. Office personnel were always very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and furnishing were of top standard. View was fantastic. Seaview is only a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants of Mooloolaba, However, traffic noise did take some getting used to. (Room 38 floor 9)

`Excellent Apartments, Outstanding Management`
As an organiser of golf holidays I have been using Seaview Resort to accommodate our groups for the last two years and have been very impressed. The apartments are large, well appointed and very comfortable and if you are above the fifth floor the sea views are magnificent. The location is perfect, being a two minute walk to restaurants and shops and there is a bus stop right outside on the street. Resort facilities include a well maintained pool and sauna area plus two BBQ’s and a small tennis court. The management team are great to deal with from start to finish. Bookings are handled efficiently and responses to any queries are always answered promptly. On arrival we are always warmly welcomed and if any issues arise they are always dealt with promptly. I have been arranging these golf holidays for 9 years and in that time I have used a number of different resorts. However Seaview would be the best value we have seen on the Sunshine coast in terms price, facilities, location and service. I am happy to recommend this to anyone, whether couples, families or groups.
Mooloolaba Resort Review
We stayed in a two bed apartment on the 10th floor. Everything was spotless and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The view was amazing, and only a short walk to all the shops and the beach only across the road.Yes there is traffic noise which we expected as it is on a main road, but it didn’t bother us and at night it was pretty quiet. The pool was lovely and warm, it caught the sun in the morning,so was great for a morning swim. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and even though we got there a bit early, our apartment was ready for us,which we didn’t expect. We’ll definitely be back for our next holiday!

Reviewed 14 August 2012This is one of the best resorts that I have stayed in. I initially booked a one bed apartment and when friens came to stay it only cost $45 dollars a night for the extra room. Wi fi is payable and they also have a tennis court. Everything is there, a kitchen for cooking, washing machine and dryer, but the biggest feature is the view. I was on the elevent floor and we had surround views which were stunning. There is also secure parking under the building Right accross from the beach and a short walk to the centre of town. A block away from Coles for shopping and you have to try the Coffee Club for breakfast and M for the best fish. When you check in you get a book of discount vouchers, use them as they can save you a lot. I would go back anytime.

Reviewed 22 July 2012Although we hail from NSW, our annual family reunion is always held in Mooloolaba in July – there are quite a few of us – and most importantly we stay at Seaview. Why? The wonderful spaciousness of the living areas is prime. All other factors certainly have their boxes ticked. As a matter of fact, we have never had one complaint in the many years of visiting, particularly under the new owners who keep the place in spotless condition. I also commend them on their revamped website which graphically illustrates the wonderful features of the Resort. I certainly recommend Seaview to any family who enjoys comfort, view and space.- Geoff

This was our 2nd stay at Seaview. After returning from a stay in March 2011 we were thrilled to find out we had won another 3 nights accommodation. We stayed in March 2012 for 4 nights. Love this accommodation. The apartments are huge and the views are fantastic. Both times we have stayed on the 5th floor and if I had a choice I would stay in the middle apartment with the front facing balcony. The side apartment we stayed in this time had good views and also views towards Glasshouse Mountains. Could not fault the apartment for cleanliness and everything you need is right there in the apartment. A nice easy short stroll to the Esplanade where there is an abundance of eateries and shops. Mooloolaba is my favourite holiday destination and we have stayed in a few difference places there but I would definitely recommend Seaview and will be returning for sure.”

“Just returned from 8 wonderful nights at Seaview Resort over Easter and the first week of the NZ school holidays. Had a three bedroom on the 5th floor apartment overlooking the great Mooloolaba Beach. The weather was fantastic and the pool kept the kids happy. Plenty of room for 5 adults, a 1 year old and a nine year old. The staff are great and nothing was a problem. We’ll be back ……….

“Highly Recommended – one of the best”
Stayed at Seaview in September 2011. Of course the location is fantastic and the apartment and facilities matched the sales pitch. So all good there.
What was also noticeable was how professionally well run the facility is. Everything is in great condition, totally organised and the managers friendly and pro-active.
I would 100% stay there again.
